Our 'Reading Routes' include six key genres of literature
Year 7 Reading Routes
In Years 7 and 8 students follow bespoke and personalised routes. Posters of the routes are displayed in each form room and students are given their own bookmarks.

Year 8 Reading Routes
Year 9 to 11 Reading Routes
In Years 9-11 students follow the free reading routes where they read books they choose from each of the genres throughout the year. Posters are displayed in their form rooms and students are given their own bookmarks.
In our VI form students read books from their own part of the LRC, along with subject recommended reading, articles and research from the supercurriculum.
