We have our own 'Reading Routines' which were created collectively by our staff and students. They are on display in every classroom and have been shared with all students through assemblies. All staff and students follow these in lessons as part of their how to read and what to read.
Each department has their own specific pedagogy for reading and they have all identified what students will regularly read in their subject to support oracy and language development.
